Nicotine is a highly addictive chemical found in most e⁠-⁠cigarettes, also known as vapes. There has been an alarming increase in vaping in recent years and kids are not fully understanding the consequences. Vaping can harm youth, yet millions of them vape regularly.

The more you talk about the harms of vaping, the easier it will be to address any misinformation. Keep the conversation going, whether or not a teen has started vaping or needs help with nicotine addiction.
