BMERS: Emergency Email System for Disaster Health Support
BMERS provides internet email that works even if there is not a live internet connection for miles around. BMERS users access the service through a familiar webmail interface, usually from any device that is Wi-Fi capable, such a laptop, smart phone or a tablet. Remote email correspondents do not need any special software or equipment to communicate with BMERS users.
